Adelé, the Lexington home décor and gift boutique, has opened in its new space at 805 Chevy Chase Place, next to The Best of Flowers near Josie's.

The new store is about 500 square feet bigger than the original store on Ashland Avenue, with a dedicated space for interior design.

"We're carrying more furniture, more lighting, more home décor items," said Heather Hacker Reilly, who opened Adelé in March 2011.

"We've also found some great new lines," including Sideshow Press of Charleston, S.C., Reilly said.

Another hit, she said, is the Carry On Cocktail Kit. Each handy kit includes ingredients to mix two cocktails (you supply the liquor), plus accessories such as a recipe card, coasters and a bar spoon. Perfect for tailgating.
