Kentucky nativeLauren Lail is back in the Bluegrass this weekend to show her capsule clothing collection, Library by Lauren Lail at Lexington's Adelé, 445 South Ashland Avenue.
Lail, originally from Fort Thomas, is a University of Kentucky graduate and owner of Library: Archives of Fashion, a store based in Charleston, S.C., that features vintage clothing and accessories.
Her new Library collection is her design debut, with clothing inspired by her vintage finds, including classic skirts, shorts and tops. The trunk show is 3 to 6 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. Refreshments will be served, and regular-priced merchandise will be discounted.

The Gilt.com Designer Outlet will be open to the public for one month, through July 28, at Shelbyville Road Plaza, 4600 Shelbyville Road. Hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.
■ The You-Neeks Beaded Creations Summer Showcase started Thursday and continues from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday at The Shops at Lexington Center, 410 West Vine Street, on Level One next to the Food Court.
