Urban Decay, whose Naked eye shadow palettes have a cult following, has teamed with singer and designer Gwen Stefani for a new makeup collection. Stefani, star of NBC’s The Voice, chose 15 shades for her eyeshadow palette, $58, including Harajuku, a metallic blue-pink, and Danger, a deep royal blue.
