Halloween is over, time to ditch the pumpkin spice and dive into the minty wonderland of winter.

Blue Bell, the Texas ice cream company that wins over fans with half-gallons of creamy goodness, has launched three holiday flavors.

There are two first-time-in-Kentucky treats: Peppermint and Peppermint Bark.

The Peppermint is “millennial pink” with an icy peppermint tasty and bits of peppermint candy. The Peppermint Bark is a milder mint lots of chocolate and white chocolate peppermint bark.

The other flavor is the return of one of Blue Bell’s most requested flavors, according to the company: Christmas Cookies.

It’s sugar cookie flavored ice cream with chunks of your favorite cookies: chocolate chip, snickerdoodle and sugar cookie, all swirled up with red sprinkles and green icing. (Although don’t let it melt, because then it looks a little like a Grinch milkshake. Hey, that’s not a bad idea for a flavor. Next year.)

Blue Bell said the company has actually increased production to meet demand; the containers were already flying off the freezer shelves when it was relaunched on Oct. 29, Blue Bell a representative said.

All are seasonal products, available through the holidays or until they run out, with they don’t make it that long.
