Sharon Thompson: A new year and new décor for Panda Cuisine

Renovations are complete at Panda Cuisine, 2358 Nicholasville Road, and the restaurant will reopen Tuesday, just in time for the Chinese New Year.

Abbondanza tasting room moves

Abbondanza, importer of Oliva Bella extra-virgin olive oils from Italy, has moved its tasting room to 400 Old Vine Street from 406 South Broadway. Della's adds a turkey burger

The brunch special at Della's Diner, 124 North Upper Street, now includes a turkey burger. It's topped with avocado slices and horseradish mayonnaise, and is served with hash browns covered with diced tomatoes and green chilies.

Jean Farris to host Valentine's dinners

Jean Farris Winery & Bistro, 6825 Old Richmond Road, will celebrate Valentine's Day Feb. 11 through 14. Julep Cup speaks French this weekend
