One simple act of kindness can change someone’s life. I am a true believer in karma, that when you do something good then something good will happen to you.

When saving money by using coupons, it’s good to remember that although you might not use a product that’s at a great discount, others might. Is there something who could use the product that’s free or at least very discounted? Often homeless shelters can use shampoo and other personal hygiene items. And food pantries are always looking for canned good donations.

Teach your children that charity doesn’t have to be a huge commitment but a simple gesture of kindness can go a long way.
