■ Old Union Christian Church, 6856 Russell Cave Road, will commemorate its 185th anniversary Saturday and Sunday. The event will begin with a picnic at 5 p.m. Saturday at the church. Food will be provided.

On Sunday, a worship service will feature several former ministers at 10:30 a.m.. A potluck lunch will follow.
