Community Trust and Investment Co.: Matthew R. Galbraith has joined the wealth and trust management team as vice president, investment. His office is at 100 East Vine Street.

RFH: Leah Grace, Brian Overall and Kyle Horn have joined the CPA and consulting firm as staff accountants.

PNC Financial Services Group: Michael Schachleiter has been named an investment adviser and will be based out of the Lexington office. As vice president, Schachleiter is responsible for providing guidance to clients on investments and asset allocation.

Farmers Bank & Capital Trust Co.: Joe Rudder has joined the commercial loan department as assistant vice president and will be based at the main branch of Farmers Bank in downtown Frankfort.

Health Care

Plastic Surgeons of Lexington: Dr. Michael P. Lynch has joined the practice. Lynch received his medical degree from the University of Louisville and completed a competitive six-year integrated plastic surgery residency at the University of Kentucky. He specializes in all areas of plastic surgery, including aesthetic surgery of the face, breast and body.

Columbia Gas of Kentucky: Linda L. Rumpke has been named director of finance. Rumpke comes to Columbia Gas from Traditional Bank, where she served as senior vice president and commercial lender.
