All-Star Association: Bryan Sterne has been named regional sales manager. His territory will include all states east of the Mississippi River with the exception of Ind., Ill., Wisc. and Mich.

Kentucky Chamber: Hilary Morgan has been named director of member services and will manage the chamber's member services programs offered through Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Kentucky Employers' Mutual Insurance, UPS and Lifestyle Health Plans. Carol Juett has been named director of the Kentucky Chamber Foundation's Leadership Institute for School Principals, which offers school leaders executive-level leadership training.

Kentucky Nonprofit Network: The following have been newly elected to the seven-member board of directors of the state association of nonprofit organizations for 2015: Brian Roy, deputy executive director for the Kentucky Association of Counties, and Hollie Spade, regional director of external and legislative affairs with AT&T. The full slate of 2015 board members are: Stu Silberman, recently retired executive director of the Prichard Committee for Academic Excellence, chair; Marian Guinn, CEO of God's Pantry Food Bank, vice-chair; Steve Jennings, partner at Crowe Horwath, treasurer; Eileen O'Brien, partner at Stoll Keenon Ogden, secretary; Russell Harper, senior vice president of government relations, Aetna, public policy committee chair; and Danielle Clore, executive director/CEO, Kentucky Nonprofit Network, ex officio.


Stockton Mortgage: Anna Pitcock, Cindy Vaughn, Lashanda Moore, Neil Netherland and Nicholas Adams have joined the company as mortgage bankers.
