Georgetown College: Jonathan D. Sands Wise has been named vice president for enrollment management.

Finance

Central Bank: Shelia Plymale and Amy Manning have been promoted to senior vice presidents of human resources.

First Security Bank: Mary Moorhouse as has been named corporate in house counsel.

Traditional Bank: Casilee Kidd has been promoted to consumer loan officer.

Health Care

Baptist Health Plan and Baptist Health Community Care: Dr. Thomas James III, a physician with more than 30 years' experience in health policy and health benefits, has been named chief medical officer and will provide leadership for all clinical and pharmacy activities.

KentuckyOne Health: Bruce Tassin has been named president of Saint Joseph Hospital and the Lexington market leader for KentuckyOne Health. With 25 years of experience in hospital and health system administration, Tassin joins KentuckyOne Health from Christus Health Systems, a multi-state faith-based health system.

Law

Gess Mattingly & Atchison: The following attorneys will join the firm on Jan. 1: Spencer D. Noe, business, government and insurance; Richard A. Whitaker, real estate and business; J. Thomas Rawlings, litigation, business and construction; and Donald M. Wakefield, administrative law, business and litigation. Also joining the practice, of counsel, are: Charles W. Curry, estate and trust and business; and Bernard F. Lovely Jr., equine and business.

Sturgill, Turner, Barker & Moloney: J. Stan Lee and Timothy C. Wills will join the firm Jan. 1. Lee is a litigator with experience in the areas of school law, civil rights, insurance defense, bad faith, construction law, commercial litigation and personal injury. Wills's defense-oriented litigation practice covers employment law, products liability, construction law, insurance coverage and business disputes.

Cool Insurance Group: Willy Fogle has joined the Medicare and health insurance consultant team that represents more than 5,000 individual Medicare beneficiaries in the Lexington area. Fogle's territory includes Fayette and surrounding counties.

NAI Isaac Commercial Properties: Randall Peabody has joined the firm as property manager.
