Campbellsville University: Kerri Fathergill has been named an admissions counselor. The Nicholasville native will recruit from the Eastern Kentucky Region.

Western Kentucky University Board of Regents: Attorney J. David Porter, a member of Stites & Harbison, has been appointed to a six-year term on the board. Porter is chair of Stites & Harbison's trusts and estate planning/domestic service group.


Liberty Alliance Federal Credit Union: Amy Honeycutt has been promoted to assistant vice president, accountant. Lee Jackson has been promoted to vice president, loan manager. Kimber Foxworth has joined the credit union as a collector.


Stites & Harbison: Attorney Natalie Reed has joined the firm's Lexington office as a member of its real estate and banking service group. Reed received her juris doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, Washington, D.C., in 1997.

Stoll Keenon Ogden: James A. Philpott Jr. has been named of counsel with the firm's equine law practice. Philpott is one of the three members of the initial board of directors of the Breeders' Cup.

Troutman & Hays: Benjamin T. Miller has joined the firm as part of its family law practice. His focus will be wills and estates.


The National Association of Concessionaires: Brian McMillan, concessions department manager for Lexington Center and Rupp Arena, has been elected regional vice president of the organization. McMillan has been employed at Lexington Center for 16 years and has been a member of the NAC for 15 years.


BB&T Insurance Services: Will Freeman has joined the firm's Lexington office as a life and health agent.

Dealer Services Corp.: Alan P. Lang has been promoted to regional vice president of the Carmel, Ind.,-based company. He will oversee operations in several markets, including Kentucky.

AMR Management Services: Charles Robb has joined the full-service association management company as the issues coordinator for AMR's client, the National Association of State Chief Information Officers. Robb comes to AMR from a 25-year-plus career with the Commonwealth of Kentucky Office of Technology. Sis Pike has joined the company as a records coordinator.
