Hometown Bank: John David King has joined the company as market president for Barbourville.

Republic Bank: Tamara McCain has joined the bank as vice president, treasury management officer for the Lexington region. Brad Schueler has been promoted to new account specialist for the bank's Tates Creek banking center.

National City Bank: Jennifer Vest-Crouch has been named business banking officer, vice president. Chris White has been named branch manager, assistant vice president, at the Boston Road Kroger location. Evan Ezell has been named branch manager, assistant vice president, at the bank's Georgetown Kroger location. Yajaira Aich has been named work perks specialist, assistant vice president.

Protocol and Diplomacy International-Protocol Officers Association: Donna Moloney, adviser for governmental initiatives at Alltech in Nicholasville, has been re-elected for a three-year term as vice president.

The Jockey Club: The following have been elected as new members: Dr. Rick Arthur, equine medical director for the California Horse Racing Board and the School of Veterinary Medicine at the University of California, Davis; B. Wayne Hughes, co-founder and chairman of Public Storage and owner of Spendthrift Farm; Warren "Spud" Williamson, chairman of the Chandler Trusts; and Peter Willmott, president of Willmott Services, a retail holding and consulting company.

Lexington Center Corp.: Jana L. Curd has been named group sales manager.

Limelight Promotions: Ericka Harney has joined the non-profit consulting and event management firm as a non-profit consultant. Shana Steinbach has been named event coordinator.

Clark Material Handling Co.: Joel Williamson has been named production manager. Williamson will oversee the manufacturing, modification, material planning and production control operations at the company's Lexington facility.

Finance and Administration Cabinet: Valeria Cummings has been named public information officer.
