Branscum Construction, one of Kentucky's leading full-service construction companies, has partnered with Indiana-based general contracting and construction management firm Pepper Construction to form a new Kentucky-based company, Branscum-Pepper Construction. The new company will be operated separately from Branscum Construction Co. and Pepper Construction Group.

Integra Bank has agreed to sell its three banking offices in Georgetown and Lexington to Peoples Exchange Bank of Beattyville. In the transaction, Peoples Exchange Bank will assume the deposit liabilities of the three branches and buy certain branch-related assets, including loans. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close the first quarter of 2009.
