HDR Architecture: Architect Duane Culp has been named project manager in the firm's Hamburg office. Kristin Martin and Mike Webster have joined the company as project coordinators.

Law

Greenebaum Doll & McDonald: Kim Bryant, a member of the firm's corporate and commercial practice group and the real estate development and construction law team, has been elected a member of the firm. She is based in the Lexington office.

Yunker & Associates: John B. Park has joined the Lexington law firm. His focus will be in the areas of commercial litigation, intellectual property, environmental law and administrative law.

Children's Charity Fund of the Bluegrass: Kim Sweazy, community relations specialist for Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky, has been named to the board of directors.

Kentucky Oral History Commission: Alfred S. Joseph III, an attorney with Stites & Harbison, has been appointed to the nationally recognized program that has provided for the collection of more than 25,000 oral history interviews.

National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners: Kentucky Public Service Commission Chairman David Armstrong has been named to the board of directors.

Hanna Resource Group: Timothy F. Guthrie has been named vice president of CFO services for the human resources consulting firm.
