Rector Hayden Realtors is closing its Tates Creek office and merging it with the main Nicholasville Road campus to form a "super office" of more than 200 agents over the next few months.
According to a company release, it will be the largest real estate office in Kentucky, with a support staff of 20 and four mortgage loan officers.
"We're excited about the energy — and synergy — that will result from having so many of Lexington's top real estate agents at one central location," said Brad DeVries, president of Rector Hayden Realtors. "Not only will our agents benefit greatly from this new arrangement of combined resources, but our clients will also."
The agency — which also has offices in Georgetown, Versailles, Paris, Nicholasville and Winchester — is owned by HomeServices of America, an affiliate of Berkshire Hathaway Inc.
