Hilliard Lyons: The Holley Financial Group members have joined the Lexington office of Hilliard Lyons. Sherry D. Holley and Cynthia A. Bloch have joined the Lexington office as financial consultants. Ginger Ford has joined the company as a registered sales assistant. Holley, who will hold the additional title of senior vice president, has been in the financial services industry for 19 years.

Kentucky Bank: William Redwine, director of auxiliary services at Morehead State University, has joined Kentucky Bank as a member of the East Kentucky Regional Board of Directors. Regional board members help William Hough, vice president and manager of Kentucky Bank's Eastern Kentucky offices, keep in touch with community activities and needs.

Harrodsburg First: Elaine Hammonds has been named executive director of the Main Street program. She previously led the Great American Brass Band Festival and has worked for the Alzheimer's Association of Lexington and Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bluegrass.

Neace Lukens: Jerry Batt has been named president of employee benefits.

Peritus: Steve Bryant has been named director of the agency's health care practice.
