Allegiant Air switches Orlando airports

Allegiant Air announced Tuesday it will begin flying Lexington customers into Orlando International Airport instead of Orlando-Sanford International Airport.

The change is effective Feb. 1 and will be celebrated with fares as low as $57.99 each way. Those tickets must be purchased by Dec. 16 and are valid for travel through May 31. After the promotion is over, fares will start at $77.99 each way.
