Education

Campbellsville University: Amy Eckenfels has been named the Lady Tigers' head volleyball coach. Eckenfels has served the past two seasons as an assistant coach and is the school's first full-time volleyball coach.

Finance

Morgan Keegan & Co: Van C. Thompson, a managing director in the firm's private client group, has been named regional manager of the firm's east region. He will continue as manager of the Lexington branch office. Robert Brewer, a financial adviser and managing director, has been named co-branch manager of the Lexington office.

Organizations

National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners: Kentucky Public Service Commission Commissioner Charles R. Borders has been named to the NARUC panel on clean coal technology. He also serves on NARUC's water committee.

Engineering

Florence & Hutcheson: J. Douglas Moore has joined the civil engineering firm as a senior project manager.

Other

Kentucky Chamber of Commerce: Carlos Phillips has been named vice president of membership and marketing.
