First Federal Bank: Perry Dunn has been promoted to chief lending officer. Judith Bell has been named vice president and loan service manager. Clark Elliott has been promoted to branch manager/business development officer.

Law

DeCamp & Talbott: Elizabeth R. Seif has joined the Lexington law firm as a member. The 1998 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law will focus her practice on civil litigation.

McBrayer, McGinnis, Leslie & Kirkland: Matthew Harold Kleinert has been named an associate attorney in the firm's Frankfort office. Kleinert is a 2008 graduate of the UK Law School where he was on the Law Journal staff. He will be working in the areas of litigation, bankruptcy, creditor's rights and insurance defense.

Elkhorn Baptist Association: Alyssa Allen has been named the associate church and community ministries director.

Neogen Corp.: Mary Grace Rutland has been named veterinary field sales manager. Michael Dunlap has been named veterinary territory manager for the midwest.

Organizations

Kentucky Blood Center: Eric J. Frankl and Harvie Wilkinson have joined the center's board of directors. Frankl is the new executive director of Blue Grass Airport. Wilkinson is the vice president of Keeneland Association.
