Community Trust and Investment Co.: Mark Ostroske has joined the company as vice president, new business development, and will cover the central and south-central regions.

Ray, Foley, Hensley & Co.: Stephen R. Allen has been admitted as a member of the certified public accounting and consulting firm. His areas of practice include taxation, estate and personal finance planning.

Ross, Sinclaire & Associates: Bradley C. Pickrell has joined the Lexington office as an investment adviser to retail and institutional clients. Eric E. Bentley has joined the Lexington office as a wealth management consultant to retail and institutional clients.

Central Kentucky Ag Credit: Lisa Yeager has been named a loan assistant with the Lexington branch, a position she has held at the Danville branch for more than six years.


Kentucky Historical Society Foundation: Dana B. Cox has been named executive director of the private non-profit organization that supports the mission of KHS. She most recently served as director of alumni relations at the University of Kentucky Gatton College of Business and Economics.


Neogen Corp.: Dan Barnes has been named protein animal segment manager. Brian Starr has been named supply chain contract manager.

RE/Max Elite Realty: Chance Hoover, Izzy Moughler, Holly Browning, Connie Cobane and Sarah Espinosa have joined the firm as agents.

The Clark Group: John H. Clark IV, Louisville, has joined the Lexington-based company as a board member and a principal stockholder.
