St. Mark Catholic School: Connie Fischer has been named principal of the Richmond school. Before being named principal, Fischer was lead teacher of St. Mark's elementary school.

Finance

American Founders Bank: Miranda Phillips has been promoted to assistant vice president/mortgage originator. She is responsible for handling mortgage applications at all AFB locations. MeLisa Johnson has been named human resources officer. She is responsible for human resource functions in all AFB locations in Lexington, Louisville and Shelbyville. Carol Rich, assistant loan operations manager, has been named an officer of the bank.

Messer Construction: Thomas M. Keckeis has been named board chair, president and chief executive officer. E. Paul Hitter Jr. has been named senior vice president and chief financial officer. Dave Miller has been named corporate vice president. Rick Hensley has been named corporate vice president and chief information officer.
