Education

National College: Bradley D. Marine has been named regional director of military affairs. He will direct military affairs for six campuses in Kentucky, including those in Danville, Lexington, Pikeville and Richmond.

University of Kentucky: Tawanda Lewis, former director of major gifts with the Norton Healthcare Foundation, has been named regional gift officer.

Engineering

Mason & Hanger: Grant Page has joined the Lexington-based architectural, engineering and construction firm as a mechanical engineer. Charlie Charlson has joined the company as a structural engineer.

Finance

Kentucky Bank: Carolyn McDonald has been named to the regional board of directors. McDonald has been a Realtor in Woodford County for 20 years.

Health care

St. Joseph Health System: Barry A. Stumbo has been named vice president of development. He will lead development and fund-raising efforts for all eight SJHS medical facilities.

Other

Lexington-Fayette Urban County Airport Board: Kelley Sloane has been appointed to a four-year term on the board. Sloane is director of enterprise software marketing at Hewlett-Packard in Lexington.
