Consulting Services Inc. of Kentucky: Bruce Hatcher has been named geotechnical engineering branch manager for the Lexington-based engineering and special inspections firm.

Engineering Consulting Services: Kimberly Wells has been named director of business development for the Lexington-based engineering firm.

Finance

American Founders Bank: Joe Kenney has been promoted to assistant vice president, financial center manager, of the bank's Southland financial center. He was most recently client relations manager at the bank's Tates Creek office.

Century Bank: G. Anthony Busseni has been named president and chief executive officer of the Lawrenceburg bank. Busseni previously served as president and CEO of Farmers Capital Bank Corp. in Frankfort.

Traditional Bank: Bret Angelucci has joined the bank as a loan officer and assistant vice president. Kim Thiel has joined the bank as a loan review officer. Erin Soard has been named a loan analysis officer. Elaine Highly has been promoted to vice president and human resources director. Connie Stephens has been promoted to assistant vice president and information technology officer. Sarah Glenn has been named training and development officer. Lisha McGuire has been promoted to loan analysis officer.

Organizations

Kentucky Chamber of Commerce: Scott Casey, vice president of the UPS Air Group's legal and public affairs department, has been elected to the chamber's 60-member board of directors.
