Paris Independent Schools: Gary Wiseman has been named superintendent. Wiseman, who formerly was director of pupil personnel with the Fayette County Public Schools, will assume his duties July 1.
Forcht Bank: Bill Walters has been named market president for Madison County. Walters was president and CEO of Madison Bank for the past 13 years.
Frost Brown Todd: William L. Montague has joined the firm as a partner in the Cincinnati and Florence offices. He represents individuals and business owners in distribution, real estate development, manufacturing, health care, financial services and other industries.
Girls on the Run Lexington: Heidi Guckenberger has been named council director for the organization's Lexington chapter. Girls on the Run Lexington is a non-profit prevention program for girls in third through eighth grades.
Kentucky Voices for Health: Jodi Mitchell has joined the organization as executive director. Mitchell previously was principal for McCarthy Strategic Solutions.
Jessamine County YMCA: Keith Ball has been named director of capital development. He previously was the organization's executive director. His new role is in support of the YMCA of Central Kentucky's 2010-2014 strategic plan and the priority placed on the development of the Jessamine County Family YMCA.
The Bell Group: Ben Cowgill has been named vice president of the Versailles advertising agency that specializes in the Thoroughbred industry.
Kentucky Monthly: Patricia Ranft has been named associate editor of the Frankfort-based publication.
Clark Material Handling Co.: Herb Michelli has been named regional sales manager for the south region.
