Among 500-plus association management companies worldwide, fewer than 50 have achieved AMC Institute Accreditation, demonstrating the ability to deliver high levels of professional management services to association and not-for-profit clients.
Moody's Investor's Service has upgraded the Hardin County Water District No. 2's bond rating from A3 to Aa3. This rating is a reflection of several factors, including the district's stable customer base, healthy financial operations, satisfactory reserve balances, and a manageable debt profile.
