Lexmark International announced Thursday that its board of directors has elected J. Edward Coleman and Jared L. Cohon as directors.
Coleman is chairman and CEO of information technology company Unisys and before that was CEO of PC manufacturer Gateway. He began his career with IBM, the company from which Lexmark was spun off, in 1991.
Cohon is president of Carnegie Mellon University and previously served in various positions at Yale University and Johns Hopkins University.
Earlier this year, former Lexmark CEO Marvin Mann and James F. Hardymon retired from their positions on the board.
