Engineering

EHI Consultants: Pat Brierly has been hired as the director of engineering. He oversees civil engineering projects for the Lexington-based firm.

Finance

Farmers Capital Bank Corp.: Erica N. Galyon has been named vice president and corporate counsel. Michael Birchett has been named assistant vice president, compliance and BSA officer for the bank holding company.

Kentucky Bank: Katy Prather has been named to the bank's regional board of directors for Scott County. Prather is a former family counselor and teacher.

Wealth Management of Kentucky: Trenton Randall has joined the Lexington and Richmond offices.

Law

Frost Brown Todd: David Samford has joined the Lexington office. He will be of counsel in the mergers and acquisitions practice group, where he will concentrate on energy and utility law. Before joining the firm, Samford was deputy executive director and policy adviser of the Kentucky Public Service Commission.

Clark Material Handling Co.: Scott Johnson has been named vice president of business development. Gaynell Phillips has been named national accounts sales representative.

Leininger Cabinet & Woodworking: Carl Sale has been named vice president of sales and account service for the Lexington-based custom cabinetry, casework and millwork provider.
