Lexington's upcoming annual inventors conference has added a keynote speaker, inventing and licensing expert Stephen Key. Key has licensed more than 20 products, holds more than a dozen patents and has frequently appeared on national television programs including The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch.
"Inventors Conference 2010: The Power of Connections" will be 6-9 p.m. Oct. 12 at the Lexington Public Library downtown. The conference continues to accept exhibitors and is free for both exhibitors and attendees.
This year's event focuses on how inventors and entrepreneurs can connect with others to help commercialize their products, said Don Skaggs of the Central Kentucky Inventors Council. For more information, visit ckic.org/news.html.
