Louisville-based beverage company Brown-Forman announced Monday that Kentucky will be one of the first four states where it will sell its newest product, Collingwood Canadian Whisky.
The drink will mature in Ontario in white-oak barrels and then rest with toasted maple wood, making it the only maple wood-mellowed Canadian whiskey on the market, according to a news release.
It hits store shelves this month in Kentucky, Florida, Louisiana and Texas at a suggested price of $26.99 for a 750-ml bottle.
