Morgan Keegan & Co.: Betty Wallace, registered operations manager, and Kristen Millard, a fixed income banking associate, have been promoted to vice presidents. Charlotte Hisle, Megan Kollar and Charmaine Shepherd, registered sales assistants, have been promoted to associate vice presidents.


Access to Justice Commission: Kelly Flood, state representative; Glenn D. Leveridge, Central Bank/Winchester market president; Donald P. Moloney II, partner with Sturgill, Turner, Barker & Moloney; the Rev. Willis Garnett Polk, pastor of Imani Baptist Church; and Kathy H. Witt, Fayette County sheriff, have been appointed to the 30-member commission.

Kentucky Chamber of Commerce: Harold Butler, executive director and chief operating officer of Stites & Harbison in Louisville, and Eric Haas, president of the National Band & Tag Co. in Newport, have been elected to the 60-member board of directors.


AT&T: Chris Percy has been named vice president and general manager of mobility and consumer markets for Tennessee and Kentucky.
