KU Energy and LG&E: Brad Rives has been named to the new position of chief administrative officer. Kent Blake has been promoted to chief financial officer. Gerald Reynolds has been named general counsel, chief compliance officer and corporate secretary.

Office Suites Plus: James C. "Jay" Baughman Jr. has been named chief executive officer. Baughman is a member of the company's board of directors and a co-founder of the company.
