Miller, Griffin & Marks: Carl D. Devine has joined the firm and will concentrate his practice in family law. He is a graduate of Georgetown College (1994) and the University of Kentucky College of Law (1997). Devine is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and the Fayette County Bar Association, serving as former chair of the Fayette County Domestic Relations Section. He is also a member of the Grandparents as Parents Committee of the FCBA.
University of Kentucky College of Law National Equine Law Conference: Laura D'Angelo, a partner in Dinsmore's Lexington office, has been elected to serve a five-year term as chair of the conference. D'Angelo has been a member of the National Equine Law Conference Planning Committee since 2000. The conference typically draws more than 160 attendees from more than 33 states, Europe, Canada and South America.
