PNC Financial Services Group: David Kidd has been appointed to vice president of corporate and commercial banking in Lexington.

PNC Wealth Management: Elizabeth Johns has joined the company as vice president and senior trust adviser. Matthew Galbraith has joined the company as a relationship manager, responsible for managing, growing, preserving and transferring wealth for high net-worth individuals. Byers Watt has joined the company as a banking adviser.


McBrayer, McGinnis, Leslie and Kirkland: Clay B. Wortham has joined the firm's Lexington office as an associate in the health care department.


Central Kentucky Chapter of the American Heart Association: The following have been named officers of the local board: Ron Borkowski, Lexington Legends, chairman; Luther Deaton Jr., Central Bank & Trust, vice chair; Dr. Sylvia Cerel-Suhl, president; Pat Dalbey, WLEX, chair elect; Dr. Ted Wright, Kentucky One Health, president elect. Additional executive committee members include Terry McBrayer, McBrayer, McGinnis, Leslie and Kirkland; Wayne Martin, WKYT; Susan Mobley, Central Baptist Hospital; Ann Smith, UK HealthCare Chandler Hospital; and James E. "Ted" Basset, senior adviser.

The following have been named new board members: Dr. Alison Bailey, UK Gill Heart Institute; Laurette Durick, Darley; Roger Fries, Kentucky Employers' Mutual Insurance; Steve Grossman, Hilliard Lyons; Dr. Andy Henderson, Lexington Clinic; Kim Menke, Toyota Motor Manufacturing; Cheryl Norton, Kentucky American Water; Gary Payne, Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital; Jean Rush, Kentucky Spirit Health Plan; William W. Thomason Jr., Keeneland Association; and Darby Turner, Bingham, Greenebaum, Doll. Tom Shelton, Fayette County Public Schools, and Julie Coffey, Kentucky One — Saint Joseph Heart Institute, will join the board at its September meeting.

Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education: Kennedy Helm III, chairman emeritus of Stites & Harbison, has been appointed to the council. He will serve as a member until Dec. 31, 2017.


Ball Homes: Former Stoll Keenon Ogden attorney Rena Wiseman has been named associate general counsel/development manager for the Lexington-area home builder. Wiseman had been a member of SKO since 1987 and was a member of the firm's real estate practice.

Plantory: Angela Baldridge has been named executive director of the multi-tenant collaborative work space located at 560 East Third Street.
