Bluegrass SHRM will present a discussion with Equal Employment Opportunity Commission personnel from 8:15 to 11 a.m. Nov. 13 (chapter meeting will follow) to help understand the ADAAA amendment to the Americans with Disabilities Act and ways to protect organizations when employees inadvertently reveal illnesses related to the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act.
