Georgetown College: Michelle Lynch has been named vice president for enrollment management.

Finance

Blue & Co.: Lindy Karns, Kent Pleasants and John Copeland have been named directors and principals of the firm.

Kentucky Bank: Jim Elliott has been named senior vice president, director of wealth management. He replaces Clark Nyberg, who will retire in March.

Switzer, McGaughey & Co.: Daniel King has been promoted to shareholder. The firm will now be known as Switzer, McGaughey & King.
