Lexington Theological Seminary: Halee Kennon has joined the advancement team.


Traditional Bank: Lisa Smith has been promoted to consumer lender for the bank's Short Street Banking Center. Becky Arnold has been promoted to consumer lender for Paris Banking Center.

BB&T: Matthew E. Mahone has been named vice president and is based at the West Vine Street location.


Miller Griffin & Marks: Carl Devine, Anna Dominick, Michelle Hurley and Elliott Miller have been named shareholders and directors.

Stoll Keenon Ogden: Madonna "Maddie" Schueler has joined the firm as an associate in its Lexington office. She's a member of the business litigation and intellectual property litigation practices.


YMCA of Central Kentucky: Trisha Rayner has been named chief operating officer. Kim Shelton has been named vice president for financial development. Julie Balog has been named vice president of marketing and communications.


Caretenders Home Health: Mark Dodson has joined the company as rehabilitation manager.

Keeneland: Julie Cauthen has been named director of owner and client development.

Kentucky American Water: Bill Wulfeck has joined the utility as operations superintendent for its Northern Division and will be based in Owenton.
