Central Bank: Jeff Fields has been named vice president/central investment center.

Organizations Nathan Millay has been promoted to controller for the provider of behavioral health, developmental disabilities and substance abuse services in the 17-county Bluegrass area. Dana Royse has been promoted to chief financial officer.

Garden Club of Kentucky: Joanna Dunlap Kirby of Lancaster has been elected to serve as president. Kirby will hold office for two years and will represent Kentucky on the National Garden Club board.

Burley Tobacco Growers Cooperative Association: Steve Pratt has been named general manager. Pratt lives in Lexington and maintains a farm in Hindman.
