Angela Bates


REB Architects: Angela Bates, associate AIA, has joined the architecture firm.


Community Trust Bank: Penny Nichols has been promoted to senior vice president and controller. Nichols has been with the bank for more than 24 years.

Traditional Bank: Bret Angelucci has been promoted to vice president commercial lender at the bank's Short Street Banking Center. Angelucci, a Lexington native, attended Lexington Catholic High School and graduated from Indiana University with a degree in finance. He began working for Traditional Bank as a commercial lender in 2010.


Green Chesnut & Hughes: Elizabeth Snow Hughes has joined the law firm, formerly known as Green & Chesnut. Hughes' practice focuses on criminal defense, employment law and litigation, civil rights and business litigation. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law and practices in both state and federal courts.
