CMTA Consulting Engineers: Jamie T. Draper has joined the firm's Lexington office as marketing/communications manager.

Finance

Unified Trust Co.: Andrew Windsor has been named retirement investment analyst.

United Bank: Elizabeth Hobbs has been promoted to senior vice president in the bank's Jessamine County market.

Law

Wyatt: Robert S. Ryan and Suzan J. Hixon have joined the firm's Lexington office. Ryan practices in the areas of commercial lending, real estate, bankruptcy and creditor's rights. Hixon is an intellectual property attorney with experience in the areas of trademarks, social media and the Internet.

Morgan & Pottinger: Former U.S Congressman Ben Chandler has been named counsel and will work out of the firm's Lexington and Louisville offices. He will counsel clients in civil and criminal legal issues arising from government regulation, as well as provide crisis management and general legal consulting services.

The Conference of State Bank Supervisors: Charles Vice, commissioner of the Department of Financial Institutions, has been named chairman of the national group of U.S. bank regulators.

Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care: W. Patrick Davey, a former University of Kentucky professor, has been appointed vice chair of the AAAHC board of directors and represents the American Academy of Dermatology.

Bechtel Parsons Blue Grass: Doug Omichinski has been named project manager for the Blue Grass Chemical Agent-Destruction Pilot Plant project. Omichinski succeeds Tom McKinney, who has relocated to the United Kingdom.

Clark Material Handling Co.: Mike Walker has been named regional sales manager, southeast region.
