Business closings, openings and anniversaries: Week of June 10

UK HealthCare and St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington, W.Va., are now members of the Eastern Kentucky Healthcare Coalition. They join original members Highlands Regional Medical Center in Prestonsburg, Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital in Ashland, and St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead in the coalition.

As part of the coalition, each facility maintains its autonomy while working on projects that provide collective efficiencies for the hospitals.

Fuseideas, a full-service Boston-based advertising agency, has acquired Trapp Communications, located in Lexington. Trapp has been in business for two decades and serves the higher education, financial, health care, manufacturing, performing arts, Thoroughbred and travel industries.

Fuseideas has offices in Boston, New York, Atlanta, Lexington, Prague and Portland, Maine.

■ Lexington's first Workout Anytime opens today at 3130 Maple Leaf Drive. Workout Anytime is a 24-hour seven day-a-week fitness concept. Memberships begin at $15 a month and the gym has no contract fee.

The Holiday Inn Express - Southwest Lexington, located at 164 Imperial Way in Nicholasville, has recently completed a $2 million dollar renovation that includes the addition of 14 new rooms.

Dollar Store Deals, a full-service, discount retail store, is open at 3650 Boston Road, Suite J.
