Business closings, openings and anniversaries: Week of July 29

■ Construction on the second Morning Pointe personal care community in Lexington is finished and the facility is accepting reservations. Morning Point's newest location offers 73 personal care apartments with 20 dedicated to The Lantern Alzheimer's Memory Care Center of Excellence.

The facility is located at 150 Shoreside Drive, near St. Joseph's Hospital East off Richmond Road, south of Man o' War Boulevard. The personal care community provides licensed clinical staff 24 hours a day and a 24-hour emergency response system.

Chad Helton has been named the executive director of the personal care community.

Parkette Drive-In's Retro 50's Garage Dining Room — surrounded by six garage doors — is now open with an additional 90 seats for diners who would rather eat indoors than in their cars. Parkette is located at 1230 East New Circle Road. Phone: (859) 254-8723.

Florence & Hutcheson, a regional engineering services firm acquired in 2010 by Infrastructure Corp. of America, will now be known as ICA Engineering. The name change is the final step in the acquisition of F&H, which was founded in 1965 in Paducah. The company employs 13 people in its Lexington office located at 1510 Newtown Pike.
