MCF Advisors: Alyssa A. Trueblood has been named marketing coordinator for the financial services firm. Trueblood will implement the overall marketing efforts of the Lexington and Covington offices.

Blue & Co., LLC, regional public accounting firm: Tsi Yi "Judy" Ho, staff accountant, and Jill Phelan, accounting specialist, have joined the organization.

Republic Bank: Shirley Riley has joined Republic as banking center manager for its Andover branch.

Health care

Be Medispa: Megan Hogan, clinical skin care specialist and licensed cosmetologist, has joined the office's Lexington Green location.

Beaumont Behavioral Health: Dr. Yu Cho Shih, child and adult board-certified psychiatrist, has joined the practice.

Law

McBrayer, McGinnis, Leslie & Kirkland: Anne-Tyler Morgan has joined the firm's Lexington office as an associate. Morgan joins the firm's health care department, where she will represent hospitals and nursing homes as well as individual medical professionals.

Garmer & Prather, PLLC: William R. Garmer has been sworn in for his second term as a governor on the Kentucky Bar Association Board of Governors. Bill represents the 5th Judicial District, which includes Fayette, Franklin and other Central Kentucky counties.

Organizations

Community Action Council: Malcolm Ratchford, previously the manager for neighborhood and community services, has been named executive director, overseeing about 275 employees, supported by more than 600 volunteers. Ratchford will be the council's fourth executive director since its founding in 1965 and replaces retired longtime director Jack Burch.

Kentucky Association of Realtors: Joseph McClary has been named chief executive officer after more than a decade of service to the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials.

Other

Harshaw Trane: Paul Rice has joined the company as hydronics solutions sales leader. Rice is a 30-year veteran of the hydronics business.

Kentucky Oil and Gas Association: Karen J. Greenwell, a partner at Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP, has been elected to the board of directors.

Travelhost, America's #1 Travel Magazine: Eli Mertens, associate publisher in Lexington, has been elected chair of its advisory board.

Louisville Stoneware: Nancy Stephen has been appointed director of communications and tourism development.

Good Foods Market & Café: Kristy Yowell has been named marketing manager.
