Central Bank: Lesley Keller has been named marketing officer/manager. Ashley Norvell has been promoted to retail banking officer at the Tates Creek Centre location.

Law

Bruce E. Smith Law Offices: Henry E. Smith has joined the Nicholasville practice and will work on planning and zoning issues, elder law and education law, as well as general civil litigation.

Organizations

The Asphalt Institute: Kali Andress has joined the international trade association as a meeting planner and event manager. She previously served as manager of events and education for the American Volleyball Coaches Association.

Keeneland: Five industry and community leaders have been named the newest members of Keeneland's Advisory Board of Directors: Ian Banwell, owner of St. George Farm in Lexington; Luther Deaton Jr., chairman/president and CEO of Central Bank & Trust Co.; Pope McLean Jr., co-owner and business manager for his family's 1,000-acre Crestwood Farm in Lexington; Daisy Phipps Pulito, part owner and racing manager of Phipps Stable; and Bill Shively, owner of Dixiana Farm in Lexington, will begin their service immediately. The board meets semi-annually, during Keeneland's April and October race meetings.
