■ Lexington Clinic's newly repurposed Lexington Clinic Northside is now open.
The facility operates Monday through Saturday and offers primary care services by appointment, and primary and acute walk-in care. Lexington Clinic Northside is at 450 New Circle Road and is staffed by two advanced registered nurse practitioners.
Services are offered for patients 2 and older and include physicals, immunizations and on-site laboratory. The facility is supported by a staff of allied health professionals, and translation services are available.

■ Runnymede Farm general manager Martin O'Dowd is opening a bloodstock management venture while continuing to oversee Runnymede's international breeding and racing operations under a consulting agreement.
The Irish native intends to continue managing broodmares, foals and racehorses in conjunction with his bloodstock operation. Runnymede veteran James Profit will oversee day-to-day farm operations on an interim basis.
■ The second-oldest municipal bond fund in Kentucky, Churchill Tax-Free Fund of Kentucky, is now called Aquila Churchill Tax-Free Fund of Kentucky. The investment objective, strategy and locally-based investment management of the fund remain unchanged.
Aquila Churchill Tax-Free Fund of Kentucky is a municipal bond mutual fund designed especially for Kentucky residents. The symbol for the fund is CHTFX. The fund, launched in 1987, has about $242 million in assets under management as of Sept. 30. Louisville-based Royden Durham is co-portfolio manager of the fund.
