Lexington Farmers' Market will stay outside with winter hours

The Lexington Farmers' Market will be staying out doors this winter, a press release said.

Starting Dec. 7, the market will continue to operate downtown in the Fifth Third Bank Pavilion in Cheapside Park, the release said.

Market hours will shift to 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., and will continue through March.

Apr. 5, 2014 will be opening weekend and the beginning of the traditional growing season.
