Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs: Franklin K. Jelsma has been elected managing partner of the 200-lawyer, full-service firm, with six offices in Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi and Indiana. Jelsma succeeds Bill Hollander, who has served as managing partner since 2007. Justin W. Ross and Daniel I. Waxman have been elected to join the partnership. Ross concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, with an emphasis in the natural resource and energy sectors. Waxman concentrates his practice on bankruptcy law, corporate reorganization and Chapter 11 issues representing creditors and debtors.
