Fayette Mall has announced three new stores scheduled to come to the mall as part of its redevelopment following the closing of Sears earlier this year.

Sunglass and sportswear purveyors Oakley; body, face and home products store L'Occitane en Provence; and Swarovski jewelers are scheduled to open in the mall in early November, according to a statement from the mall.

"The redevelopment of Fayette Mall and the high-end leasing activity taking place as a result will continue to push Fayette Mall to the next level," said Travis Farren, senior leasing manager for Chattanooga, Tenn.-based CBL & Associates, Fayette Mall's parent company. "The addition of these three retailers, which includes the first L'Occitane in the CBL portfolio, shows our continued commitment to offering our customers an unparalleled shopping experience."

When Sears closed, the mall announced that it would redevelop the store's space for multiple retailers, rather than try to bring in another large department store. Previously announced newcomers include Cheesecake Factory and Newk's Eatery restaurants; clothiers H&M, Michael Kors, Clarks Shoes and Jos. A. Bank; and Brighton Collectibles.

According to the news release, the grand opening of the redevelopment will be in early November, just in time for holiday shopping.
