Kentucky School of Bluegrass and Traditional Music: Scott Napier of Clay City and a Hazard native is the school's newest faculty member. He will provide instrumental instruction, primarily mandolin and guitar, as well as music composition. Napier has an 18-year career as a professional bluegrass and traditional music musician.
