The second annual Supplier Diversity Fair will be 2 to 6 p.m. Oct. 22. The free event will be in the East Hall of the Lexington Convention Center, 430 West Vine Street. Minority-owned, women-owned, veteran-owned and differently-abled businesses interested in potential business opportunities with the Kentucky Community and Technical College System and University of Kentucky may exhibit and/or attend.
The KCTCS/UK Supplier Diversity Fair is a matchmaking event that allows diverse suppliers to meet face-to-face with representatives from all of KCTCS's 16 colleges, the KCTCS System Office, and buyers from UK. Buyers and officials from other organizations include: Commerce-Lexington, Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, Kentucky Finance and Administration Cabinet, Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, Small Business Administration, Toyota and many more.
