Kentucky Bank: Allen Johnson has been promoted to market president of Harrison County.

Baptist Health Richmond: Mendy Blair has been named vice president/chief nursing officer. She has served as interim chief nursing officer since Aug. 18.


Dinsmore & Shohl: Brett R. Nolan and Lauren L. Weiner have joined the firm's Lexington office and will practice in the firm's litigation department.


Burley Co-op: The following have been named to the organization's board of directors: Donald T. Mitchell, Midway, District 11, Boyle, Jessamine, Mercer and Woodford counties. David Chappell, District 12, Carroll, Gallatin and Owen counties. Robert Reed Bush, Sr., District 13, Henry, Jefferson, Oldham, and Trimble counties. The Kentucky Veterinary Medical Association: The following have been named officers for 2014-2015: Dr. Vicky Owens McGrath, All Creatures Animal Hospital, Bowling Green, president; Dr. Alice W. Mills, Lexington Hospital for Cats, president-elect; Dr. Walter G. Haines, Glasgow, vice president; Dr. Heidi Hulon, Crestwood, secretary/treasurer; and Dr. Mark S. Smith, Knox County Veterinary Services, Barbourville, immediate past president.

Alzheimer's Association of Greater Kentucky and Southern Indiana: Sandra Chambers has been elected to the association's board. Most recently, Chambers worked at the University of Kentucky, UK HealthCare, as an associate hospital administrator responsible for ancillary and support services.

Kentucky League of Cities: The following have been named officers for 2014-2015: Bardstown Mayor Bill Sheckles, president; Williamsburg Mayor Roddy Harrison, first vice president; Sadieville Mayor Claude Christensen, second vice president; Midway Mayor Tom Bozarth, immediate past president.


Alltech: Aidan Connolly has been named chief innovation officer, connected to the company's global research department.

Spencer Business Solutions: Kelly Spencer has been named partner.

The Kentucky Horse Park: Jamie Link has been named executive director of the Kentucky Horse Park.
